Bake with a difference - Bread Classes available led by Head Chef – Ashley Wright @ 22 Mill Street Ashley Wright – Head Chef at 22 Mill Street would welcome you to join him, Ashley wants to share his passion for creating a good loaf by holding bread making classes at 22 Mill Street. The classes provided 'hands-on' learning in how to achieve consistently high quality results from a domestic or professional kitchen. Ashley said ”The aim of the bread making classes is to pass on what I have learned and practiced throughout years of baking artisan breads” The classes are hands-on and you get to take home everything baked on the day. The price is inclusive of all ingredients, morning coffee, lunch and a folder of all the recipes covered with relevant notes.
